Author guidelines

The accepted papers are published published by IOS Press in the series Advances in Parallel Computing
Please follow the following guidelines.

Paper format

  1. Instructions and style files to prepare a camera-ready manuscript are available from IOS Press.
    Please download the style files and read the instructions carefully for either LaTeX or MS Word:


  2. The page limit using the IOS Press style guide is 10 pages. If needed, a maximum of two extra pages may be purchased. For the initial review, an extended abstract of minimum 6 pages pages is acceptable.

Paper submission

Please use EasyChair to upload your paper. Details are given on the submission page

Deadline paper submission

The deadline for the paper (max. 10 pages) or extended abstract (min. 6 pages) is 17 June 2019 (extension).


Final Paper and Abstract submission

In order to submit your abstract and final manuscript,
  1. Create an account and register (email/password) at the ParCo2019 Conference Administration Site, ConfTool: ParCo2019 conference management server before 15 August 2019 (early registration),
  2. Submit your revised manuscript and the details of your contribution, in particular the authors, affiliation and abstract, in the track ParaFPGA final paper upload page.

Deadline final paper upload

Please upload your abstract and your final paper before 20 August 2019.


Paper presentation

  1. For each paper a 30 min. slot for presentation and discussion is planned.
  2. Speakers should strictly adhere to the time limits in order to allow delegates who wish to switch between sessions, to do so.
  3. If a particular speaker needs more time (s)he may, at the discretion of the mini-symposium organiser(s), be allowed two 30 min. slots.
